Process
Our process can be broken down into a few simple steps-
- Design – This is a fluid stage and starts with a Design Consultation. We will meet with you and understand your requirements and your dreams for your space. We will document your existing space and explore multiple ideas and concepts. Together we will work to refine and arrive at a final design that meets your vision and budget.
- Construction Drawings – After the initial Design is approved, we will create detailed construction documents and specifications for Building permit and Contractor selection.
- Contractor Selection – We can help you select a Contractor or work with a Contractor you may have selected or worked with before.
- Interior Design – We can advise you on product selection and interior finishes of your home. We can provide the interior layouts for Kitchens/ Bathrooms or help you select an Interior Designer
- Construction Services – We will observe the work of the Contractor and provide guidance for any issues that might come up during Construction.
